Champagne Richard Bavion is a house for which I only have fragments so far: website, Instagram presence with over 10,000 followers, and a CRM contact for Jean Pierre. Category, founding year, location, and vineyard area are still open questions — a classic discovery beyond my usual scope that I brought to my glass through an impulse purchase at Delicando.

Pure Chardonnay that focuses on citrus, white flowers, and a hint of brioche. Clear, fresh, uncomplicated. Not profound, but fitting as a food pairing with fish — exactly the role in which I tasted it.
