Louis Morette is a Champagne label that is produced and bottled by G.H. Martel – one of the world's largest Champagne houses – in collaboration with Ernest Rapeneau. The grapes come from the Côte des Bar in the southern Aube. The brand carries the NM (Négociant-Manipulant) status.

Bought at Hofer (Austria) for €17.99. Clean work for the price: clear fruit, balanced Dosage, decent mousse. Not a character Champagne, but a reliable companion that doesn't disappoint.
