Tradition Brut d'Assemblage
The base cuvée is composed mainly of Pinot Noir, complemented by Chardonnay and Pinot Blanc. The house ages the wine for at least 24 to 36 months on the lees. In the glass, it shows notes of ripe apple, pineapple and a hint of honey, plus a mineral signature that pairs well with oysters.
