History

The Drappier family has been producing champagne in Urville since 1808. Over two centuries, the house has established itself in the Côte des Bar and stands for artisanal work with Pinot Noir as the main grape variety.

Viticulture & Sustainability

Drappier works with organic certification (AB) and focuses on net-zero carbon footprint. The maison follows a minimal intervention approach: unfiltered and with reduced sulfur use.

Vinification

The cuvées are aged unfiltered, sulfur use is minimal. The focus is on clarity and expression of terroir, without technical manipulation.

Clarevallis — Extra Brut

Understated, balanced champagne with fine tension and clean lines. Pinot Noir provides depth and grounding, while Chardonnay and Pinot Blanc open up the wine. Unfiltered, minimal sulfur. 5% Pinot Blanc (Blanc Vrai) gives the cuvée a special signature.
