The calling card of the maison: one-third Pinot Noir, one-third Pinot Meunier, one-third Chardonnay. On the nose, cooked apple, roasted hazelnuts, toast, and brioche. On the palate, ripe apple, citrus, and a mineral finish. In 2026, this cuvée earned three gold medals.
